CLUB MEETINGS
SMC Meets every month (at least 12 meetings per year as per the constitution). Also Annual General Meeting once per year.
The Junior Sub-Committee (JSC) Meets at least once per year, in the pre-season period, for review of previous season and planning of forthcoming season.
Club Development Planning Group: Frequent meetings currently, for initial drawing up of Development Plan. Proposed annual meetings for Plan Review.
WRITTEN INFORMATION PRODUCED
SMC minutes of committee meetings and AGM are prepared by the secretary. Other letters, promotional material, applications, etc., written as required
JSC minutes are prepared by the head of youth cricket. Other letters, promotional material, applications, etc., written as required
Club Development Planning Group: Ideas and text for the Development Plan are writen ad hoc by all members of the group as part of the planning process and discussions.
COMMUNICATION
SMC Communicates with the Junior Sub-Committee where relevant via the chairperson and the head of youth cricket. Communication to the wider club membership is via newsletters, club website, emails, Twitter, AGM, posters, and ad hoc verbal communication as appropriate.
JSC Communicates with the SMC via the JSC chairperson. Communicates with the wider club membership via Junior team managers/coaches, newsletters, club website and posters.
